Project Estimates and Pricing
Project estimates provided through our website or during consultations are preliminary and subject to change based on final project requirements. Final pricing will be agreed upon in a separate service agreement or contract before work begins.
Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Changes to project scope, requirements, or timeline may result in adjusted pricing.
Service Agreements
All development projects require a signed service agreement or contract that outlines:

Payment Terms

Intellectual Property
Client Materials
You retain all rights to materials you provide to us (logos, content, images, etc.). You grant us a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of completing your project.
Deliverables
Upon full payment, you will own the custom code and designs created specifically for your project, as outlined in your service agreement. We retain the right to use general techniques, tools, and knowledge gained during the project.
Third-Party Components
Projects may include third-party libraries, frameworks, or components that are subject to their own licenses. We will inform you of any significant third-party dependencies.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project completion, clients agree to:
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Supply necessary content, assets, and information
- Designate a primary point of contact
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Review and test deliverables within specified timeframes
Timeline Estimates
Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and availability of required materials. Delays in client responses or changes in project scope may extend the timeline.
Warranty and Support
We provide a limited warranty period (typically 30 days) after project delivery to address bugs or issues in the delivered work. Extended support and maintenance are available under separate agreements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxxception LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foxxception LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
